Cascade Coaching®
Cascade Coaching® is 3CCCs unique approach to embedding Performance Coaching skills within and throughout an organisation. It is the preferred method of replicating the performance enhancing effects of coaching in order that they become a key part of an organisation's culture for management development and performance improvement.
An initial period of intensive classroom training.
Direct coaching for each individual within their own corporate role.
Action Learning Groups to share learning and to experience the dynamics of group coaching.
Active coaching of colleagues on live projects under the supervision of 3CCCs.Continuing interactive 3CCCs coaching and review sessions.
Further classroom training to equip qualified Performance Coaches to become trainers and developers of other coaches.
Support and supervision from 3CCCs whilst the first group of Performance Coaches train and develop the second group. This involves the presence of a senior 3CCCs Coach during classroom sessions, shadowing of coaching sessions and regular telephone support.
In summary, 3CCCs train and coach selected individuals within the client organisation to become internal Performance Coaches. As part of their development, each trainee coach, under 3CCCs supervision, coaches two or three selected members of staff thereby generating benefits to the client organisation even during training. When fully competent, this initial group of Performance Coaches is supported by 3CCCs through a similar process to train and develop a further group of individuals to become Performance Coaches within the client organisation.
By this continuous process, Cascade Coaching® can be developed throughout the entire company, the approach rapidly becoming wholly internal to the organisation itself making it self-sufficient in coaching skills thereby enhancing it's own management capability and future development. At the same time, 3CCCs provide continuing advice and support where required. In this way, both coaching skills and the ability to develop more coaches become truly embedded within the organisation.
During training, real projects are used as part of the process of developing the internal Performance Coaches. The aims of this are to provide trainees with real situations and real challenges, and to generate real financial benefits for the organisation that should more than offset the costs involved.
Coaching Programmes
The International Personnel Management Association research into training and development has shown that, following training, employee productivity increased by just over 22%, whereas training combined with coaching produces an increase in productivity of up to 88%. 3CCCs programmes are designed to build upon this concept.
Cascade Coaching® whereby the goal-oriented, performance enhancing skills of Coaching are developed and practised within teams, departments and projects, instilling the benefits of a coaching culture throughout an organisation which itself becomes self-sufficient in the development of such skills.
Training Enhancement Programmes (TEP's) whereby these same performance-enhancing skills are deployed to ensure effective, uniform implementation and direction of management training, the measurement of its impact and the continuation and longevity of its application.
